Abstract
Competition in the global market is currently competitive with intense competition in the business world. So the company must continue to strive to maintain the company's performance, because measuring company performance is very important for management to describe the company's performance conditions accurately and to evaluate the company and plan future goals. PT. Mohtra Agung Persada is a company engaged in the wood-producing industry with a job order system. So far, the performance measurement carried out by PT Mohtra Agung Persada is only based on financial aspects while non-financial aspects. This study aims to determine the level of company performance using the SMART System (Strategic Management Analysis and Reporting Technique) method at PT Mohtra Agung Persada. Data processing in this study was carried out by weighting using the AHP model, then Scoring System with Objective Matrix (OMAX) and color indicators with Traffic Light System (TLS). The results of this study found that the overall performance of PT Mohtra Agung Persada got a score of 6,726 which was included in the yellow category, these values had not yet achieved the performance desired by the company, so the company needed to make efforts to improve company performance. Then from the results of the research on the 20 identified Key Performance Indicators (KPI), 10 KPIs were found to be in the green category, and each of the 5 KPIs were in the yellow and red categories. It has been achieved that the performance of PT Mohtra Agung Persada has not achieved the expected performance and still needs to be improved
