Abstract
Most countries have realized the importance of implementing Information Technology in the government sector in the form of e-government, but until now most governments have not been effective in implementing it. Tata Naskah Dinas Elektronik (TNDE) is a document management information system or shared service media in the management of electronic correspondence within the East Java Provincial Government. TNDE is a means of supporting archival activities as an effort to overcome the rapid growth of information which results in the growth of document volume in order to support the implementation of good governance. In its application, an approach is needed to determine the level of success of the application of the technology, such as the extent to which TNDE in the Diskominfo of East Java Province can be accepted and understood by its users. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the acceptance of the Tata Naskah Dinas Elektronik at the Diskominfo of East Java Province using the UMEGA (Unified Model of Electronic Government Adoption) model. The limitation of this research is that there are 22 employees of Diskominfo of East Java Province who have a TNDE system account, so this research uses saturation sampling technique. Collecting data using an offline questionnaire. Model testing using SmartPLS and SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the variables of performance expectancy and awareness among leadership are factors that influence the acceptance of the TNDE system at Diskominfo of East Java Province. Users feel that using the TNDE system can help to improve the quality of work in completing work, especially correspondence and the awareness and commitment of leaders in using the TNDE system is a positive value felt by users to continue using the TNDE system.
