Abstract
This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of compensation and work environment together on the work productivity of employees of PT Karya Tani Indonesia in Gresik: (2) the effect of compensation on the work productivity of employees of PT Karya Tani Indonesia in Gresik (3) the influence of work environment on work productivity at PT Karya Tani Indonesia. This research method uses quantitative methods. The sample used in this study is the total population of employees of PT Karya Tani Indonesia, amounting to 40 people with saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to find out how influential the independent variables are on the dependent variable together and find out how much influence the independent variables have on individual dependent variables. The results of this study indicate that Compensation and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Work Productivity of Employees of PT Karya Tani Indonesia in Gresik with Fcount (13,349) greater than Ftable (3,252). Partially Compensation does not affect the Work Productivity of PT Karya Tani Indonesia's employees in Gresik with a count of tcount (-0.707) smaller than t table (2,026). And partially the Work Environment has a significant effect on Work Productivity Employees of PT Karya Tani Indonesia in Gresik with a count of tcount (4,979) greater than ttabel (2,026) Employees of PT Karya Tani Indonesia in Gresik Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Work Productivity
