Abstract

Go-Pay is an e-wallet made by Gojek with the most active users from 2017-2020 beating several other e-walletes, including when the Go-Pay usage pandemic increased 2.7 times until October 2020. The population of this research is 100 respondents who have used Go-Pay e-wallet services. With non-probability sampling sampling technique. The character classification of respondents is consumers who use Go-Pay e-wallet services at least 3 times in 1 month. In this study using latent variables and manifest variables that have been in the matrix. The analysis technique used is exploratory factor analysis technique. In the calculation of the final result of factor analysis by entering the latent variables of features, design and appearance, facilities, practicality, promos, partners, and security. It was found that the KMO and Measure of Sampling Adequacy (MSA) values had met the requirements. Based on factor analysis using rotation (varimax) four new forming factors were obtained.
