Abstract
Along with the development of information and communication technology, web-based applications are considered more efficient and powerful for helping a real-time working activity. The example of website which help the task on transactions activity is an e-commerce website. The e-commerce website application that created in this field work practice is a website for parcel store called 'Rumahampers'. The transaction process in this store was previously started by the customer contacting the admin on social media of the store and the admin store should reply the customers individually according to the product that ordered from the image catalog until the customers did the payment. Development in this new system is deployed to help the process of product cataloging, ordering and shipping the product. On this website, admin can process and monitor orders until the product is received by the customer on the admin page which stores the customer's order history. Changing and adding of categories, products, or product stock can be done by admin to make the product management easier. The result of this field work practice is the Rumahampers Parcel Store Ordering Information System website that can be used by admin and the customers. This system that created on this field work practice can improve the efficiency of the business process ordering by customers on parcel store.
