Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of training and motivation simultaneously on employee performance at UD Al Arif Gresik, The effect of training partially on employee performance at UD Al Arif Gresik, The effect of motivation partially on employee performance at UD Al Arif Gresik. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection carried out through questionnaires and data processing using the SPSS 20 for windows program. The sampling method used is non probability sampling with the Saturated Sample technique. The number of samples was 67 respondents who were employees of UD Al Arif Gresik's production department. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis shows that the independent variables of training and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. There is a positive and significant effect on training on employee performance partially, and there is a positive and significant effect of motivation on employee performance partially at UD Al Arif Gresik.
