Abstract
This research is motivated by technology, especially information technology that is increasingly developing and competition in the field of trade that is increasingly competitive. RC ACC shop is a wholesale store that sells various handphone accessories. Services at the RC ACC shop are still manually done so that there are many errors in the delivery of marketed products. That way the use of technology in the form of the internet as well as using marketing strategies in the form of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) was chosen to increase competitiveness and increase customer satisfaction who shop at RC ACC stores. By utilizing the technology in the form of the internet and implementing the business strategy of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) on the mobile phone store accessories store RC ACC, it is expected to increase competitiveness and help owners, shop clerks and customers in conducting product sales and purchase activities.
