Abstract
The railway is a transportation in the form of steam-powered vehicles, diesel, or electrical circuit consisting of a carriage pulled by a locomotive and running above rails or stretch of steel. The railway has played an important role in the history of the early development of the economy of Indonesia. But in this modern era, society’s appreciation against the railway transportation is felt still very less. This infographics video has a goal to educate target audiences about the history of the development of the Indonesia’s railways, so as to stimulate a sense of curiosity of the target audience to learn more about the material presented, so that in the future it is hoped can provide motivation to develop means of rail transport. The target audience of this infographics video are children between ages 7-12 years old. This infographics video delivered a message of history and development of Indonesia’s railways. The existence of this infographics video of indonesia’s train history packed with three-dimensional animation technique, is expected to provide an entertaining alternative education to children. So as to stimulate a sense of curiosity of children to learn more and can motivate children in the future to develop railways transport. Keyword : Animation, infographic, Train, History, Videos
