Abstract
Meeting the needs of volatile consumers and much uncertainty will pose risks. Companies must have the right strategies and objectives to minimize the risks that occur and become a superior company. These strategies and objectives can be done with the proper management of the company's supply chain. PT. PG Candi Baru is a manufacturing company that produces granulated sugar. In undergoing business processes, PT PG Candi has a complex supply chain flow, and of course, every process is not separated from the risks. Risks faced by PT. PG Candi grinding capacity is not reached, the delay in the receipt of raw materials, in the process there is still finished sugar products that do not meet the standards, delays in delivery to customers and returns of finished products from consumers due to defects. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze potential risks in the company's supply chain and design mitigation strategies to minimize the occurrence of risks using the House Of Risk method. The result in House Of Risk Phase 1 is that there are 30 risk events and 44 risk agents. Out of the 44 selected risk agents 13, priority risk agents are then determined mitigation strategies to minimize such risks. The results in House Of Risk Phase 2 are mitigation strategies obtained as many as 13 mitigation strategies and ranked based on the value of effectiveness to difficulty ratio.
