Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the acceptance of audience, especially the youth of Surabaya towards love conflicts in adolescence, broadcast in the content of Sapa Mantan in the program “Desta and Gina in the Morning” which is a form of response and emphasizes it as a form of reception for the entire audience towards the content of Sapa Mantan. The Sapa mantan is a special segment in DGITM, without any setting or engineering. The aim is content relationship that may have been interrupted. Done with listeners who contacted their exes via DGITM broadcast and will of course be broadcast. This study used a qualitative descriptive type approach with the Stuart Hall reception analysis method which categorized into three types of reception. The results of the study indicate the acceptance and views of the informants with their experience and knowledge. Keywords : Sapa Mantan, adolescent romance, conflict, reception analysis.
