Abstract
Selasar coffeshop is a coffee shop located in Bojonegoro with strategic location it will be very easy to reach by consumers and has a traditional design. This research describes about implementation of business strategies which is implemented with a purpose for increased sales on Selasar Coffeshop. The research method uses a qualitative type with descriptive analysis.The population in this research is related parties who knows and understands all activities or operational flows carried out, that is the owner, employees and consumers at Selasar Coffeshop. Data were collected by way of observation, interviews and documentationand using purposive sampling technique. Using 4p data analysis techniques that is Product, Price, Location and Promotion using a SWOT analysis with IFAS and EFAS considerations. The results in this study lie in the position of quadrant 1, indicates that Selaasar Coffeshop has favorable conditions, that is, it can take advantage of the power to take the available opportunities.
