Abstract
Healthy life is everyone's dream. Achieving a healthy life, there are a lot of efforts that must be done, one of which is to maintain cleanliness. To achieve a clean state, body parts such as hair, body, head, food and drink must be kept clean. If you do not clean it regularly, the effects will be in the form of mild to severe illness. Severe diseases must be seriously treated by a doctor so that they can be cured. Therefore, clean living habits must be started as early as possible, namely during childhood. It takes media that is able to provide education and appeal to children so that messages will be conveyed more easily, clearly, and correctly. Therefore, the chosen media is an educational book. The design of the educational book was carried out in two stages, namely the preparation stage and the creation stage. The preparation stage consisted of data collection and data analysis. Furthermore, the creation stage consists of pre-production, production and post-production. The data collection process was carried out by interview, observation and questionnaire. Then the data analysis process can be carried out to find a solution with 5W + 1H analysis. The results of the resulting data analysis will bring up a keyword, namely "Imaginative Growth and Healthy Living", which means the development of children to live healthy lives by way of creative thinking. The content in this book provides health education information for elementary school children by applying clean behavior. Health problems such as dandruff, lice, and itching will be illustrated in this book so that children slowly care about their body condition. The language used is made light and easy to understand so that children can understand the information contained. It is hoped that this design can enable children to build their health behavior so that they can get used to implementing a clean and healthy life until they are older.
