Abstract
SIADITA (Sistem Aplikasi Digital Informasi Taman Budaya) is the latest version of the Cak Durasim application which is planned to be released this year. The Cak Durasim application is an e-ticketing application aimed at people who want to visit to watch performances at UPT. Taman Budaya Jawa Timur. With the addition of new features, re-testing is needed to check whether the old features still work optimally when new features are added. This application testing process is important to carry out before the application is officially released. Testing is carried out using Black Box Testing because testers are not given access rights to the source code, so testing is carried out based on the appearance (interface) and functions of the software itself and not on the source code of the program. There are several types of methods in Black Box Testing that can be used to determine test scenarios, including Boundary Value Analysis and Equivalence Partitioning. Boundary Value Analysis is a method that applies testing by determining the lower and upper limit values of the application being tested. This method is used on application pages that have data input forms such as account features. Other features can be applied to the Equivalence Partitioning method which discusses whether the input in the input column is valid or not, as well as observing the accuracy of the input. In testing using both Black Box Testing methods, testing with 144 different scenarios. As a result, there were 12 invalid final results, with an effectiveness value reaching 91.66%. With these findings, it can be concluded that the application has several weaknesses, such as lack of case sensitivity to input cases, lack of email address validation, and validation of character limits. From the results of this test, it can be suggested that there is a need to make corrections to the application in the future. Conclusions from application testing provide valuable insights to improve the quality and performance of the application, so that it can provide better benefits to users in the future.
