Abstract
The Surabaya City Indonesian Red Cross Blood Transfusion Unit is a national association organization which aims to increase the level health through quality blood management, realizing service provision of safe, timely, affordable and sustainable blood. On several occasions, the Indonesian Red Cross City Blood Transfusion Unit Surabaya often runs out of blood stock, making it difficult for patients who need a blood transfusion. The implication of this is when the patient those who need blood are very vulnerable and cannot be saved because delays in distribution and administration of blood transfusions. In inputting personal data, blood donors at the Red Cross Blood Transfusion Unit Indonesia The city of Surabaya still uses manual methods so It takes a long time to create reports and manage data. By implementing this information system, input, grouping, and management becomes more effective and efficient, which is where The required information and data reports will be presented more quickly.
