Abstract
In preparing students to face rapid social, cultural, workplace, and technological changes, students' competencies need to be aligned with the demands of the times. Linking and matching should not only be with the industry and the workplace but also with the rapidly changing future. Universities are required to design and implement innovative learning processes so that students can achieve learning outcomes that cover attitude, knowledge, and skills optimally and always remain relevant. Kampus Merdeka (Independent Campus) is expected to be the answer to these demands. Kampus Merdeka represents autonomous and flexible higher education learning, creating an innovative, unrestrained learning culture that is in line with students' needs. For myself, I am applying for an internship position as a Business Analyst at PT. Andromedia. PT. Andromedia is engaged in the software house field, a company that creates system software that can be implemented for other organizations or companies. As a Business Analyst, I must be proficient in analysis, leadership, business processes, and planning, as well as have technical knowledge in the project. A Business Analyst must also be able to solve problems, think critically, organize information and decision-making, considering all relevant factors. There are several other skills that a Business Analyst must possess, such as system administration and business management, a mandatory understanding of economics and accounting, as well as proficiency in English, and the ability to manage personnel and utilize resources optimally. During the nearly 6-month internship, I worked on the main project, which is a mobile application and website that allows users to easily borrow electronic items from other companies.
