Abstract
Nowadays, many Muslims are not interested in reading and memorizing the Koran. Therefore, an application is needed that can make it easier for Muslims to read, memorize and repeat this memorization. It is hoped that the Fun Murojaah application will be able to overcome this problem. The Fun Murojaah application is a mobile application that can test or memorize the Al-Qur'an as an effort to increase enthusiasm and development in the Al-Qur'an memorization program. However, during its creation there were many factors that made users of the Fun Murojaah application less comfortable when using the application, such as the application often exiting by itself, not being able to enter the application, and also errors in the dashboard and settings. The aim of the research is to find out what factors influence user satisfaction of the Fun Murojaah application using the End-User Computing Satisfaction model approach. End-User Computing Satisfaction is a model used to evaluate the overall system for user satisfaction. This research used simple random sampling with a total of 386 respondents. Research data obtained from the questionnaire results were processed using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. Based on the results obtained, there are three factors that have a significant influence, namely accuracy, format and ease of use. And the factor that most influences user satisfaction with the Fun Murojaah application is the format with the largest path coefficient value, namely 0.334.
