Abstract
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a information system that combines technology, strategy, and the experience that a company uses to analyze as well manage their relationship with consumers, through transaction data and communications that have been carried out. Proper use of CRM, able to help companies optimize loyalty customers, by understanding their wants and needs. This thing which underlies the creation of CRM at PT. Temprina Media Graphics located on Jl. Karah Agung No. 45, Surabaya. PT. Temprina Media Graphics is a company that focuses on printing, from books to packaging. Although ordering from their catalog is possible done online, but there is a chance that the transaction will be carried out again still small due to the company's lack of relationships with customers, it seems like a lack of discounts and a lack of promotions. Therefore, Using CRM is a solution that is considered to be helpful this problem. To facilitate access from various parties, CRM formed on a website basis. In the field work practice carried out by this author, formed a prototype of a website-based CRM using PHP and HTML for PT. Temprina Media Graphics
