Abstract
The development of information systems today is an important factor for a college to be able to help business processes and compete in the world. college to be able to help business processes and compete in the world of education. Likewise with the Integrated Academic Information System (SIAKADU) which is implemented at Surabaya State University (Unesa). The purpose to be achieved from this thesis is to find out whether the updated information system success model of Delone & McLeod. This thesis uses proportionate stratified random sampling with a total of 391 respondents. respondents as many as 391 respondents who apply active students at Surabaya State University. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that the factors that influence success of the Integrated Academic Information System, namely information quality, service quality, behavioral intention and actual usage. Then the system factor quality and user satisfaction have a positive but insignificant effect on user intention to use the Integrated Academic Information System. on user intention in using the Integrated Academic Information System.
