Abstract
PT. Karyadibya Mahardika Jayandaru, Kediri City, East Java Province is one a company that produces cigarettes in Indonesia. This company was acquired by Japan Tobaco International. The agency has implemented some technology, however In the data collection section on termination of employment rights, the system is still used manually to record active and inactive employees. However, there are problems in manual termination of employment rights. Therefore, it is necessary created an application program for the Information System for Termination of Employment Rights (SIPHAK) desktop-based to decide the employment rights of active employees to inactive employees at PT. Karyadibya Mahadrika Jayandaru, Kediri City, East Java Province. Information Systems Termination of Employment Rights (SIPHAK) is a form of information system solution in the form of an application which helps in managing employee data. With the creation of this application it is hoped that can provide convenience, effectiveness and accuracy in recording employee data active and inactive employees.
