Abstract
MR is a virus that attacks toddlers and pregnant women. The rate of spread of MR is very high but it is not balanced by effective recovery methods so the government is promoting MR immunization to break the chain of transmission. One way for the government to promote MR immunization is to provide immunization appeal services so that the public can be more educated about requiring MR immunization. In Puri subdistrict, immunization will be carried out by door-to-door method and routine counseling in Posyandu to attract attention and interest of residents. However, this method was felt to be less effective in increasing the citizens' awareness of immunization so that Wiwin as a midwife in Tangunan tried to build more interactive communication by using whatsapp groups. The theory used in this research is the S-O-R theory and uses descriptive quantitative research methods. Data collection is done by collecting questionnaires based on S-O-R theory. From the results of a comprehensive assessment through WhatsApp if it is related to the S-O-R theory, it can be concluded that housewives who have children under five in Tangunan to the call for immunization services through the whatsapp group by puskesmas officers who have a positive attitude. Although there are some aspects that have disagreements due to certain factors, but almost all respondents strongly support the immunization appeal service provided by puskesmas staff.
