Abstract
Currently the world is heading towards an era of information society where technology and the internet plays an important role in this era. The era of the information society gave rise to various kinds of new information technologies, one of which is e-government in the field Health, namely the Mobile JKN application belonging to BPJS Kesehatan which is also classified as mHealth. The JKN Mobile application is a digital transformation of the business model BPJS Kesehatan, which is all in the form of administrative activities at branch offices, has changed become an online service based on mobile applications. Results from field observations shows that there are still only a few BPJS Kesehatan participants who know and using the Mobile JKN application. Of the 50 BPJS Kesehatan participants in Gresik, only 9 people who know and have used the Mobile JKN application. Based on the above problems, it is necessary to do research to find out the factors that influence the adoption of the Mobile JKN application in Gresik are using integration model UTAUT2 (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2) and GAM (e-government adoption model) which helps to predict factors what affects the adoption of the Mobile JKN application. Data collection conducted using an online questionnaire using techniques sampling purposice sampling. Determination of the sample size using the Slovin formula and obtained 100 respondents with the criteria for users of the Mobile JKN application in Gresik. Testing the model using the WarpPLS software. The results of this study indicate that the variable perceived price value and Trust government has a positive and significant effect on behavior intention it means that these two variables are factors that influence application adoption Mobile JKN in Gresik. Users will use the Mobile JKN application if they are get a positive value from the use of the application compared to complete the service directly. Besides that, trust in the government in providing online-based services is also a factor of adoption JKN Mobile application in Gresik. Therefore, policy makers must continue develop the system by adding new features in order to increase the positive value of using the application and also maintain it the integrity of the government for an attitude of responsibility in providing services on line. The results of this study are expected to increase application adoption Mobile JKN in Gresik.
