Abstract
The phenomenon that is happening right now, there are many people who use social media to disclose themselves, this era of social media, everyone is free to give an opinion, upload something, respond, or even make an expression of protest on their social media. Then this is the reason that then makes researchers to conduct this research regarding Self disclosure in Social Media (Qualitative Descriptive Analysis Behome.id account Instagram. This research method descriptive qualitative analysis unit analyzed in this study is Behome.id Instagram account. While the level of analysis is self disclosure. The result of this study is that their goal of conducting self disclosure is to release emotions. By disclosing information privately, the informant can release something that blocks him, so that he can give peace to himself, or if they get a problem they get an answer or a solution to their problem. The second goal is to be able to give each other an encourgament for both the informant or for the followers who read their curhatan on feeds Behome.id and have similar problems. The third goal is mentality needs, or different mental needs for some broken home children, so that their feelings can only be understood by fellow broken home children.
