Abstract
The right development strategy will affect the level of income generated, this is because the strategy can contribute to the development of the Kayoon Flower Market. In addition to a good strategy, it is necessary to take into account the level of feasibility of a business. This study aims to determine the development strategy, determine the feasibility of a business and determine the level of use of social media. The sample in this study were 82 respondents. data analysis used in this study, namely for the first objective using SOAR analysis and QSPM Matrix, while for the second analysis using RC and BC and for the third objective using a qualitative descriptive analysis. product enthusiasts through some content and provide information on flower arrangement products. in the second objective the result is that the R/C is 2.24 which means it is feasible. and B/C 1.24 means a profitable business. The third goal is that most use social media but do not make maximum use of it. Suggestions that can be given in the research results are utilizing and maximizing the use of social media. By creating content regarding cut flower arrangements so that consumers can get to know the products offered by traders at the Kayoon Flower Market in Surabaya City, it is necessary to add insight and knowledge about the use of advertising so that the reach of promotions is wider.
