Abstract
At present, the industry needs 600 thousand digital talents every year. Data from the World Bank indicates that Indonesia will require 9 million digital talents by 2030. Skilvul Virtual Internship is a program organized by PT Impact Byte Teknologi Edukasi for male and female students in Indonesia. This program offers participants the opportunity to delve into the field of UX design and product development skills up to the High Fidelity Prototype stage. Through this program, participants are expected to gain experience in working on real backlog final projects from Skilvul's partner companies. The Skilvul Virtual Internship provides actively participating participants with two very beneficial case studies for improving both soft and hard skills required in the digital industry of the 21st century.
