Abstract
The need for information is important and useful. Increasing human needs lead to rapid developments in the era of globalization. This development causes large companies to implement information technology applications in their corporate systems. One of the software that many companies use is SAP-ERP. The purpose of this Field Work Practice is to analyze the acceptance of SAP-ERP software by Information Systems students using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Using the SEM (Structural Equation Methods) approach with the WarPLS program. The sample of this research is 35 employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI. This study uses variables - Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness and Attitudes to Use. The results of the study show that Perceived Ease of Use has an insignificant negative effect on Perceived Attitudes Towards Users. Perceived Usefulness has a significant positive effect on Attitudes Against Use.
