Abstract
This research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was using in-depth interview methods, observation, and documents such as journals and books. This research aims to find how the promotion strategy carried out by CV Jatimas Inovasi on Klinbos Indonesia through Tiktok. The subjects of this research are the owner of CV Jatimas Inovasi, the Tiktok account manager, and several consumers. The background of the author's interest in make this thesis is due to changes in people's shopping styles in the digital era that have made people switch to shopping through digital media. With this change, many business actors are trying to innovate in digital promotion activities. So companies that want to promote products through digital media need the right promotional strategy for their company to compete, such as the promotion strategy of CV Jatimas Inovasi on Klinbos Indonesia through Tiktok. The results showed that so far, the utilization of the Tiktok feature on the Klinbos account has been quite optimal with consideration of the AISAS model. But there are still some features as Tiktok Ads and Tiktok Stories that should be further optimized so that they can implement promotional strategies to the maximum so that sales increase.
