Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of Instagram in marketing communications for Synchronize Fest 2022 to increase audience interest after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the AISAS model as the analytical tool. The results of the study show that at the attention stage, marketing communications are carried out by utilizing the Ask Me Question or QnA feature by providing a question column uploaded via Instagram Stories. This makes Instagram users interested (interest). Likewise with the search stage, the @synchronizefest Instagram account utilizes the search or search features and Instagram Highlights to help and make it easier for people to find information related to Synchronize Fest 2022. Meanwhile, in the action stage, publication of Synchronize Fest 2022 posts is not only profit oriented but also are environment oriented and social oriented so as to be able to increase sales and encourage people to buy and come to Synchronize Fest 2022. Overall, the success of Synchronize Fest 2022 in utilizing Instagram is inseparable from the share stage being able to provide a valuable impression and experience for the community towards music festivals. Emphasized in various posts before and after the implementation of Synchronize Fest 2022 there are various comments that believe that this festival has had a real impact on the development of music in Indonesia.
