Abstract
ABSTRACT Kolaka Regency is an area in the province of Southeast Sulawesi, Kolaka Regency has landscapes in the form of sea areas, hills, forests, and large plantation areas. Kolaka Regency is also known as Cocoa city or cocoa city because its plantation commodities are dominated by cocoa plantations, and it is the largest cocoa exporting area in Southeast Sulawesi. coffee and others. In an effort to maximize yields from plantations in Kolaka Regency through the efforts of the plantation service in increasing agro-farming entrepreneurs by utilizing the potential of plantation products in Kolaka Regency, this design was made as a medium of learning educational materials for the public to be able to obtain information about the forms of processing plantation products. good and also about the right market to build Kolaka Regency into a center for producing superior products through the plantation sector. In this design, the authors use descriptive data analysis through data collection through observation and interviews, the results of the data obtained can support the authors to obtain important information in formulating problems that occur in the field, besides that this design also uses the SWOT matrix analysis technique which aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that exist so that through the right analysis can provide the right solutions to solve problems in the field. Through this design, the intended target audience, namely farmers and entrepreneurs, can provide innovation and new ideas regarding plantation product processing businesses as well as become a synergy from the Kolaka Regency government in increasing the economic level of farmers' income in Kolaka Regency so that the sustainability of Kolaka Regency plantations has regeneration that can always reliable and a priority for future generations.
