Abstract
Indonesia is a developing country that has complex problems, especially in terms of nutrition. Nutrition in Indonesia or other developing countries has nutritional cases that are different from developed countries because people do not understand the dangers of stunting, the effects of stunting, and what are the factors of the dangers of stunting in depth. The level of consumption of foods containing animal protein in Indonesia is still low. In this study, the authors used qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. Quantitative data is data that is numerical in nature or can be calculated because it is in the form of statistical numbers. Quantitative data obtained from questionnaires, questionnaires, or surveys. Because the data obtained is in the form of numbers, the analysis technique also uses mathematical or statistical models. Based on observations made through offline bookstores and online bookstore websites, it was found that there was no anti-stunting food guidebook to educate mothers as to prevent the dangers of stunting in children, which explained with illustrations and photos by highlighting cooking recipes to prevent the dangers of stunting. in children. This guidebook "Stunting in Children" has informative and interesting content. This guidebook "Preventing Stunting Before It's Critical: The Role of Adolescents in Stunting Prevention" has informative and complete content, it's just that there is no explanation of what stunting foods are.
