Abstract

Ki Hajar Dewantara’s leadership trilogy reflects the ability of a leader to set an example, care and encouragement. This research aims to know the influence of Ki Hajar Dewantara’s transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behaviour throurgh employee engagement and emotional intelligence at PT Serasi Autoraya. This research is a quantitative type by collecting primary data through distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents who are permanent employees at PT Serasi Autoraya. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling and data analysis uses SmartPLS. The results of the study show that 1) Ki Hajar Dewantara’s transformational leadership cannot contribute to increasing organizational citizenship behavior. 2) Ki Hajar Dewantara’s transformational leadership can contribute to improving organizational citizenship behavior through employee involvement. 3) Ki Hajar Dewantara’s transformational leadership can contribute to improving organizational citizenship behavior through emotional intelligence.
