Abstract

This study aims to determine the combined effect of product quality and brand experience and analyze the effect of product quality and brand experience on brand loyalty in MS Glow skincare products. The population used in this study are tiktok @officialmsglow folloers who use MS Glow skincare products. The sample used in this study was 114 respondents using purposive sampling technique. This research data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data testing methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, t test, f test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study can be seen that simultaneously and partially product quality and brand experience have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty for MS Glow skincare products.
