Abstract
ABSTRACT PANJI AQILA DIPA ANUGRAH, 1642010073. Comparative Analysis on Employees Perfomance Of In Weddinng Organizer Before The Pandemic and During The New Normal. Human resources are an essential asset for a company as human resources with good performance will be able to manage other resources that can support the company's business activities .The performance of human resources can be measured through periodic performance appraisal reviews. This research is based on implementing performance appraisal according to standards carried out by the In Wedding Organizer at the Gresik Branch Head Office. This study aims to determine the differences in the performance of In Wedding Organizer employees during the pandemic and the New Normal. The research type used in this study is a quantitative research using the comparative analysis method. The selected population is In Wedding...Organizer employees as a sample using a saturation sample/census sampling technique. Based on F and T tests results, it can be determined that there is an insignificant difference between the performance of In Wedding Organizer employees before the pandemic and during the New Normal.
