Abstract
In its development, the internet is able to give birth to a new network that is commonly known as social media. Social media is currently widely used to disseminate or provide various information, to the activities of a product. Currently, many marketers carry out marketing or promotional activities for a product or service through Instagram social media as an alternative to approaching potential consumers which causes increasingly fierce competition in product marketing activities through social media. For this reason, online shop businesses must be clever and creative in carrying out marketing strategies so that the products marketed have more advantages than other competing products. The purpose of this research is to find out the content strategy carried out by the Instagram account @zaco.id_ in promoting its products through Instagram media using descriptive qualitative research methods. The results of this study are ¬content marketing is important to introduce the brand, ¬content marketing is more focused on producing relevant content, ¬quality content marketing can convince potential consumers to the brand.
