Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of consumer perceptions and preferences on buying interest in Kopi Kenangan at Suncity Mall Sidoarjo. The population used in this study were the buyers or visitors of Kopi Kenangan at Suncity Mall Sidoarjo. The sample required is 115 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling. The data used in this study is primary data, namely data collected or obtained directly from the research object. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Thus the results of this study that simultaneously and partially consumer perceptions and preferences have a significant effect on buying interest.
