Abstract
The development of information technology in this digital era has brought changes in various fields of life, especially in the field of libraries, where librarians are required to meet the needs of librarians in obtaining information easily, quickly, and precisely. OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog), often known as Online Catalog, is a website-based catalog system that is used to search for information on library materials in the library so that it can be accessed anytime and anywhere. The Library of UPN East Java "Veteran" is one of the university libraries that has implemented an Online Catalog. This study aimed to find out what factors influence online catalog user satisfaction with the End-User Computing Satisfaction model approach with two additional independent variables, System Speed and System Reliability. End-User Computing Satisfaction is one of the methods used as an overall system evaluation of user satisfaction. This study used proportionate stratified random sampling with a total of 303 respondents. The research data obtained from the questionnaire results were processed using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. Based on the results obtained, three factors have a positive and significant effect: accuracy, format, and ease of use. And for the factor that most influences the satisfaction of Online Catalog users is the format with the highest path coefficient value that is 0.367.
