Abstract
System Usability Scale (SUS) is a measurement tool that can be used to measure the level of usability of a system. This research was initiated by conducting interviews with students of the Communication Studies program at the "Veteran" National Development University, East Java. The Informatics study program website has features that are easy and easy to understand, but the information provided is sometimes still not updated so that it requires further explanation regarding the information on the website. Therefore, this study conducted a measurement and evaluation of the Communication Science website using the System Usability Scale method. The usability analysis on the Informatics study program website shows that the SUS score of 53 is included in the Marginal low category. The validity test shows that the R-count is greater than the R-table, so the 10 question items are valid. And the reliability test shows that the Cronbach's Alpha value for the 10 questionnaire items is 0.776, greater than 0.7 so it is considered reliable. The results of this study indicate that the usability measurement on the website of the Informatics Engineering study program at the Universitai Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur is 53 which shows that the website is still not good enough and must be improved in updating the content on the website.
