Abstract
This study aims to analyze the factors of accounting students towards the intention to conduct whistleblowing. This study uses a questionnaire to collect the information needed. The variables used in this study are Attitudes Against Behavior, Subjective Norms, Perception About Behavior Control, and Intention of Whistleblowing as the dependent variable. This study uses the Slovin formula technique in data collection. The total sample in this study was 75 samples. Respondents in this study were accounting students of UPN "VETERAN" JAWA TIMUR in Surabaya for the class of 2014. Data were analyzed using the analysis method SEM (Structural Equation Model) with the PLS (Partial Least Square) approach which aims as predictions. The results of this study state that only attitudes toward behavior that influence the intention to conduct whistleblowing while subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control do not affect the intention to conduct whistleblowing.
