Abstract
The application of information technology is currently being developed by various organizations and / or agencies including organizations and / or agencies engaged in education. Academic Information System is software that is used to present information and organize administration related to academic activities. With the use of software like this, it is expected that academic administration activities can be managed properly and the required information can be obtained easily and quickly. Thus in this study will measure the influential factors students feel satisfaction with the Academic Information System available at UKWMS by using the WebQual 4.0 method and added with the System Quality variable from the DeLone & McLean model, using random sampling techniques. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 20 and SmartPLS 3.0. Based on the analysis results that the three variables from WebQual 4.0, namely Usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality and DeLone & McLean model variables, namely System Quality, have a significant effect on User Satisfaction. Keywords : User Satisfaction, System Quality, Webqual 4.0.
