Abstract

Performance requires organizational support, self-efficacy and motivation for each employee so that it will influence the impact on employee performance. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of (1) organizational support on employee performance (2) organizational support on employee performance mediated by self-efficacy, (3) organizational support on employee performance mediated by motivation. The sample for this research is contract employees at PT. Grande Family View with 56 people as respondents. The data used is primary data through distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using Smart PLS version 3.0 software. The research results concluded that (1) Organizational support can contribute to improving employee performance, (2) Organizational support contributes to employee performance which is mediated by self-efficacy, (3) Organizational support cannot contribute to employee performance which is mediated by motivation.
