Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of harvested area, agricultural labor, and the volume of rice production on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the agricultural sector in Madiun Regency. The research is motivated by the significant role of the agricultural sector—specifically the rice subsector—in supporting a regional economy characterized by an agrarian nature. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis based on the Cobb-Douglas production function. The study relies on secondary time-series data covering the 2011–2025 period, obtained from the Madiun Regency Central Statistics Agency, the East Java Province Central Statistics Agency, and the official website of the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture. The data were processed using EViews 13. The findings indicate that, when analyzed individually, neither the harvested area nor the agricultural labor force has a significant effect on the agricultural sector's GRDP; however, the volume of rice production has a significant positive effect on the GRDP.
