Abstract
This study aims to understand the experiences of women as supporting breadwinners in running family-based culinary MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) and their impact on family well-being in Pabean Village, Sidoarjo Regency. Women's involvement in business entails two simultaneous roles: as business actors and as homemakers. This research employs a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings reveal six main themes: spousal support, children's involvement, social networks, time management between business and family, fatigue and stress, and the impact on family well-being. Family support and social networks help women manage their businesses and handle various responsibilities, although time management can still lead to stress and fatigue. Women's involvement as supporting breadwinners impacts family well-being across economic, social, and psychological dimensions. These findings indicate that women's contributions not only bolster the family economy but also shape social relationships and psychological conditions in balancing their roles as entrepreneurs and family members. Keywords: Women, Culinary MSMEs, Supporting Breadwinner, Family Well-being, Phenomenology
