Abstract
This Field Work Practice aims to develop the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) Architecture and Roadmap for the ABC Department of XYZ Regency. SPBE serves as an essential framework for promoting efficient, transparent, and technology-driven government governance. The activities were carried out through needs analysis, gap identification, and the preparation of strategic documents in accordance with Presidential Regulation Number 95 of 2018 concerning the Electronic-Based Government System. The results show that the development of SPBE Architecture requires the involvement and coordination of various stakeholders. The gap analysis also identified several areas that require improvement, particularly human resource competencies and technological infrastructure. The resulting SPBE Roadmap outlines strategic initiatives to support sustainable digital transformation. The proposed recommendations include strengthening internal policies, enhancing human resource competencies, improving technological infrastructure, and implementing continuous monitoring and evaluation. The results of this Field Work Practice are expected to support government digital transformation and contribute to improving the efficiency and quality of public services at the ABC Department of XYZ Regency.
