Abstract
The increasingly competitive and digitalized labor market requires university students to possess adequate technological competencies, non-technical skills, and practical experience. This study aims to examine the effects of digital literacy, soft skills, and internship experience on the work readiness of Business Administration students at UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur from the 2022 cohort. A quantitative approach was employed by distributing questionnaires to 105 students who were either undertaking or had completed an internship program. The respondents were selected using purposive sampling, while the data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that digital literacy, soft skills, and internship experience each have a positive and significant effect on work readiness, with path coefficients of 0.398, 0.338, and 0.347, respectively, and p-values below 0.001. The R-square value of 0.572 indicates that the three variables explain 57.2% of the variance in work readiness, while the remaining 42.8% is not explained by the research model. Therefore, digital literacy, soft skills, and internship experience play important roles in enhancing students’ work readiness.
