Abstract

Nusantara Kuliner is a business engaged in food provision and catering services. In its operations, product management, order processing, transactions, and marketing are still handled manually through separate media. This condition results in fragmented data management and transaction monitoring. This study aims to design and develop the backend of the Nusantara Kuliner website using Golang, the Clean Architecture pattern, and the Scrum method. The system was developed iteratively through six sprints covering authentication, catalogues, transactions, payments, Point of Sale, marketing, content, notifications, transaction monitoring, and deployment. The results show that the backend supports online ordering, offline transactions, DOKU payment integration, notification delivery, and transaction monitoring. Black-box testing confirms that all endpoints function according to the system requirements. Performance testing using k6 produced a p95 response time of 59.12 ms during a load test with 100 virtual users and a 0% error rate. During the spike test with 500 virtual users, the p95 response time reached 293.86 ms. A two-hour soak test with 150 virtual users produced a p95 response time of 154.88 ms. User Acceptance Testing achieved an acceptance score of 86%, classified as Highly Accepted. These results indicate that the backend meets the functional and non-functional requirements and is feasible for supporting the operations of Nusantara Kuliner.
