Abstract

This report discusses the implementation of Quality assurance (QA) processes on the Weskonek Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, which is used to support the company’s operational efficiency. The ERP system includes core features such as inventory management, user management, and integration with other business modules. In this activity, I was responsible for conducting comprehensive software testing, including manual testing, automation testing, and penetration testing to ensure the quality and security of the system before it is widely deployed. Manual testing was carried out by creating and executing Test Cases based on the system requirements document to thoroughly verify feature functionality. For automation testing, I utilized Selenium WebDriver with the Python programming language to accelerate regression testing and reduce Human error. The entire QA process was documented in a structured bug report format. Through the implementation of these QA processes, various functional bugs were successfully identified and resolved early in the development phase. Automation testing significantly sped up repetitive test cycles, while penetration testing revealed several security risks that were promptly addressed by the development team. This activity not only contributed directly to improving the ERP system’s quality but also provided practical experience in applying QA methods aligned with current industry software standards.
