Abstract

Digital systems increasingly facilitate public participation, including electronic voting mechanisms embedded in online platforms. Within this mechanism, users submit their choices electronically through an information system that processes voting activities efficiently. Mnet Plus adopts this feature in the digital entertainment context, enabling fans to support their preferred idols. The success of this feature depends not only on technical performance but also on system quality, information quality, service quality, trust, user satisfaction, and self-efficacy. This study examines how the constructs of a modified DeLone and McLean model shape continuance use of the Mnet Plus e-voting feature. A quantitative survey was conducted using a five-point Likert scale. Participants were selected through non-probability purposive sampling based on their prior experience with the voting feature. The data were evaluated using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings demonstrate that system quality, information quality, and service quality contribute to trust, user satisfaction, and continuance use. Accordingly, sustained use of the Mnet Plus e-voting feature reflects the combined role of technical system attributes and users' psychological evaluations.
