Abstract
The product curation process for MSMEs requires objective assessment so that selected products meet curation standards and requirements. However, manual assessment may cause subjectivity because each curator can have different considerations in evaluating product eligibility. This study aimed to develop a web-based Decision Support System for MSME product curation by applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Profile Matching methods. The AHP method was used to determine the priority weight of each assessment criterion, while the Profile Matching method was used to calculate the suitability of each alternative value against the predetermined ideal profile. The system was developed through requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing stages. The results showed that the system was able to manage curation period data, product alternatives, criteria, curator assessments, curator comments, and automatically generate product rankings. Black Box Testing showed that the main system functions worked according to the specified requirements. In addition, the User Acceptance Test obtained an overall average score of 92%, which was classified as very good. Therefore, the developed system could support the MSME product curation process to become more structured, transparent, and objective
