Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of Work-Life Balance and Employee Engagement on employee performance at PT Hasta Prajatama. A quantitative approach was employed by collecting data through a Likert-scale questionnaire. The respondents consisted of the entire population of 47 permanent employees, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that Work-Life Balance and Employee Engagement have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with employee engagement emerging as the most dominant contributing factor. Operational improvement efforts should focus on structured work-time management through overtime control and the provision of adequate physical recovery time. Strengthening employee engagement can be achieved by fostering open communication, providing regular recognition, and implementing leadership practices that cultivate a sense of ownership.
