Abstract

Prioritizing production at Iwangsport Collection is a challenge because the company has to figure out the production order for 47 different products while dealing with a limited fabric-cutting capacity. The owner usually evaluates Total Sales, demand changes, Market Potential, Remaining Stock, Selling Price, and Labor Costs. However, these factors aren't always considered at the same time, and their importance isn't weighted consistently in every decision. Therefore, less urgent products were sometimes made first, while more important ones faced stockouts and production delays. This study aims to compare AHP-TOPSIS and AHP-SAW to find which method gives a priority ranking that better matches the actual ranking based on production evaluations. The chosen method will then be built into a web-based dashboard. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to turn the importance level of the six criteria into structured weights and check their consistency. These weights are then used to rank the 47 products using SAW and TOPSIS. The results from both methods are compared to the actual ranking using the Kendall Tau-b coefficient. The AHP weighting gave a Consistency Ratio of 0.0545, meaning the assessments between criteria are consistent. The Kendall Tau-b test showed that AHP-TOPSIS got a coefficient of 0.6515, which is higher than AHP-SAW's 0.5588. When tested on the top 15 actual priorities, AHP-TOPSIS also scored higher with 0.8476. Based on these results, AHP-TOPSIS gave an order that better fits the daily operational needs of Iwangsport Collection during the study period, so it was implemented into the web-based dashboard.
