Abstract
This program was created in response to the low Indonesian Digital Society Index in Nganjuk Regency, the gap in the Labor Force Participation Rate between men and women, indicating the limited involvement of women in digital-based economic activities. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the Mak Cerdas Digital Program in an effort to improve digital literacy and skills for women in Nganjuk Regency through the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation framework of Stufflebeam & Coryn (2014). This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method located in Omah Tandang, Nganjuk Regency. Informants were determined through purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Then, they were analyzed using an interactive model and tested for validity through data triangulation. The results showed that the context evaluation was in accordance with the needs of increasing women's digital capacity. The input evaluation showed the existence of regulatory, institutional, budgetary support, and relevant training materials but was still limited in facilities, duration, and participant reach. The process evaluation showed that the implementation of the training provided a practical learning experience but was constrained by the short training duration and minimal follow-up mentoring. The product evaluation showed an increase in participants' digital literacy and skills, although the impact on economic growth was not evenly distributed. This study recommends expanding the program's reach, increasing the training duration, ongoing monitoring, and establishing an alumni forum to support the sustainability of the Mak Cerdas Digital Program.
